DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
Delivery charges

We offer two delivery methods to receive the products purchased on our Site. You can choose the one that best suits your needs.

1) Free Delivery:

* Free service delivered within 10 to 20 working days worldwide.
* Delivery from Monday to Friday during opening hours.
* Select "Free Delivery" when you confirm your order.
* Orders placed before 12:00 noon from Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.

Please note:

Our goal is to deliver within the time frame mentioned above, however, delivery dates are not guaranteed as shipments are handled by third parties and are subject to local carrier holidays.

* We will not be able to change the delivery address of orders following confirmation of the order.
* If no one is present at the delivery address to accept delivery of the products, the carrier will leave a notice in your mailbox.
* The ownership and risk of loss of your products will be transferred to you when you take possession of them.
We deliver anywhere in the world.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, within the framework of a purchase made online on the Site, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days as from the reception of the ordered Product(s) to exercise, with flamingo-stuff.com, his right of retractation, without having to justify reasons nor to pay a penalty. If the deadline expires on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday or day off, it is extended until the next business day.

In the case of an order containing several Products, this 14-day period runs from the date of receipt of the last Product.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the above-mentioned period, only the price of the Product(s) purchased and the shipping costs will be reimbursed, the return costs remaining the responsibility of the Customer.

The returns are to be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions ...) in a packaging identical to that used during the shipment allowing their marketing.

Returns must also be accompanied by a proof of purchase, a copy of the invoice or the delivery note for an optimized management.

In accordance with the regulations in force (article L221-28 code consumption), the right of withdrawal can not be exercised for :


Supply of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if any)

Jewelry, clothing with obvious marks of use.
Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
The Customer exercises his right of withdrawal directly to flamingo-stuff.com using the standard form of withdrawal accessible on the one hand, on the Site and on the other hand, attached in the email confirmation of the order.

He can also assert his right of withdrawal by indicating, by email at support@flamingo-stuff.com, the subject of his request, his name and surname, his order number, his address and the date of his order, expressing his desire to withdraw without any ambiguity.

Once the form or statement of withdrawal sent to flamingo-stuff.com, the Customer must return the Product(s) to flamingo-stuff.com within a reasonable time and, at the latest, within 14 days from the decision of the Customer to withdraw.

flamingo-stuff.com will proceed with the reimbursement of the amounts paid; at the latest within 14 days from the date on which the right was exercised; according to the same means of payment as that used for the order. This date of refund can be deferred until recovery of the product.
